After a disastrous blind date, single parents Lauren and Jim agree on only one thing: they never want to see each other again. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week.
Comedy - Like the previous two films starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore,
this is a romantic comedy with a strong dose of the often crude
silliness that characterizes Sandler films. Some mildly raunchy
gags, language, and mature subject matter will be of concern to
parents of young children.
PROFANITY: 1 S-word; a number of others. SEX/NUDITY: A brief glimpse of animal sex. VIOLENCE: Comic hits and falls. DRUGS/ALCOHOL: Alcohol at parties. ACTION: A car crash. COMEDY: Banter, slapstick, suggestive humor, toilet humor, cute kid humor.
OPINION OVERVIEW The following is the original "What's Worth
Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 37 moviegoers:
Unfortunately, we weren't able to collect as many reviews as we would have liked. We find it difficult to get our volunteer opinion collectors to see Adam Sandler movies since his movies are usually designed for young teen males.
From these reviews it appears that "Blended" is a movie for all ages! I was very surprised to see reviews from older adults that were extremely high. I usually avoid Adam Sandler movies but I'm looking forward to seeing "Blended."
