For all his far-reaching fame, Sol Harkins, the world's most famous atheist, is a lonely soul and a lousy part-time dad. After a near death experience challenges his simplest assumptions about this world, Sol finds his purpose and reimagines his life, in a film that will make you laugh and cry and want to stand up and cheer.
Drama - This faith-based drama is aimed at and is pretty much only for
Christian audiences--and die hard fans of Kevin Sorbo, who not only
stars and directs, his wife Sam is his co-star and co-wrote the
script, and their two sons play their sons in the film. There is
some frequent alcohol use and some adult themes of terminal illness,
but there is no language nor violence, so parents would find this
safe family viewing.

Watching" write-up for this movie.
Based on a theater exit polling of 192 moviegoers:
FANTASTIC REVIEWS! All ages, both males and females LOVED "LET THERE BE LIGHT." Considering that there are so many reviews and virtually all of them are either "fantastic" or "excellent," this is undoubtedly the highest rated movie I have seen in several years.
