Critic's Review Heading

Berardinelli, Internet Critic Full Review
Good Incredibles 2 lacks the freshness and ingenuity displayed by its predecessor. It's good, fun family entertainment but it's not incredible. ...it's fast-paced, funny, and – most importantly – doesn't disappoint. It gives us a chance to reconnect with characters we fell for in 2004 and discover that, although we may have aged, our affinity for them remains constant.

Roger Ebert Full Review
Very Good This is a smart, beautiful, fun family film. In other words, exactly what we want from Pixar. "Incredibles 2” understands something that most family sequels, even the Pixar ones, fail to comprehend—we don't just want to repeat something we loved before. We want to love it all over again. You will with "Incredibles 2.”

USA Today Full Review
Good ...this follow-up surpasses most everything without Toy Story in the title. The animation is stellar and detailed in excellent action sequences, Michael Giacchino's score swings harder than ever, and the first film's family-friendly warmth is just as appealing now as it was then, even if Incredibles 2 isn't totally incredible itself.

NY Post Full Review
Good This sequel to the 2004 movie is an impressive feat of animation, particularly in its action sequences. "Incredibles 2” could be a little shorter. As it nears its conclusion, it drags on a bit, which is when the largely-kid audience around me started to lose focus.
