Storyline Heading
Super-Assassin John Wick is on the run after killing a member of the international assassin's guild, and with a $14 million price tag on his head - he is the target of hit men and women everywhere.
.
Movie Type (Genre) Heading
Action Thriller - Like the previous two films in the series, this is an extremely violent action film that is a major showcase for Keanu Reeves as the title character. Despite her prominence in some of the trailers, series newcomer Halle Berry's role is rather small; returning supporting players such as Laurence Fishburne and Ian McShane also have less screen time in this film. Language is fairly minimal, and there is no sexual content, but the non-stop brutal violence make this not for kids.

Critic's Review Heading

Berardinelli, Internet Critic Full Review
Above Average ...there are times when John Wick 3 feels like it's going through the motions. Many of the fight scenes (especially the climactic one, which substitutes glass for the mirrors of #2) feel like reworked copies of earlier battles. There's a point at which the "more of the same” mantra changes to "been there, done that.”

Roger Ebert Full Review
Excellent ...there are a number of wonderful elements on display... There are moments of unexpected humor that blindside you... ...the consistently exciting fight scenes also yield a lot of big laughs, especially during the kills where Wick is forced to use something other than a gun.

USA Today Full Review
Good ... In the "Wick”-verse, a bloody action usually leads to much more trouble later. As long as that's at the heart of this series, a pretty good "Chapter 3” still equals insanely explosive, two-fisted exhilaration.
