THE CHOICE PG-13
Moviegoer Opinions:
Based on a theater exit polling of 49 moviegoers:
CHILDREN: The two kids loved "The Choice."
TEENS: Great reviews from the two ladies and the one male also enjoyed it very much.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS: One male loved "The Choice," one rated it "average" and the last one rated it "below average." Half the ladies enjoyed it very much and half felt it was an "average" movie (enjoyable but nothing special or memorable).
ADULTS: Great Reviews! Both the males and females had a high percentage who loved "The Choice."

Cinema Review Prediction: (before opinions)
Reactions will be best with women, especially older ones, and on the whole reactions should be good. Men in general will not enjoy as much, and younger adults won't be as enthusiastic as older ones.

Average critic rating:
Below Average (Roger Ebert)
Average (NY Post)
Poor (Slant Magazine)

HAIL, CAESAR! PG-13
Moviegoer Opinions:
Based on a theater exit polling of 66 moviegoers:
As is common with most Coen Brothers movies, the critics love it but most moviegoers don't. This one is certainly no different.
TEENS: Mediocre reviews from the males and decent reviews from the females.
TWENTYSOMETHINGS: The lone male only rated it "average." As for the females, one loved it, two rated it "above average" and the last one rated it "below average."
ADULTS: Compared to the exceptional critic reviews, these moviegoers reviews very low. It's rare to see so few reviews of "fantastic" or "excellent." Only a small percentage loved "Hail, Ceasar!" A large percentage felt it was only an "average" to "below average" movie. What's exceptionally rare is the large percentage of "poor" and "terrible" reviews, especially considering the all star cast.

Cinema Review Prediction: (before opinions)
Reactions will be fairly good but not great for this quirky comedy. Older adults may appreciate more, and males and females will enjoy about equally.

Average critic rating:
Good (Berardinelli, Internet Critic)
Excellent (Roger Ebert)
Good (NY Post)
Very Good (Rolling Stone)
